Lindstrom Restoration Company History
1936: The business is started as a sole proprietorship by Carl E Lindstrom.
1953: The business is incorporated as Lindstrom Contract Cleaning, Inc. and is focused on commercial
janitorial services and residential restoration/cleaning due to insured catastrophes.
1970: Lindstrom Cleaning, Inc. and Big Bear Construction, Inc. were merged to form
the corporation we are today; Lindstrom Cleaning & Construction Inc.
1979: The commercial janitorial portion of the business is sold.
Lindstrom Cleaning & Construction focused on full-service restoration to homes and businesses.
1982: The current building, located at 9621 10th Ave N Plymouth, MN is built.
2006: The assumed name, Lindstrom Restoration was adopted.
Lindstrom focused its services exclusively to Minnesota clients.
The third generation of Lindstrom employees began their careers.
