Tom Geoffroy

Instruction provided by Tom Geoffroy, Certified Master Inspector and owner of Branch Property Investigations. Before launching a home inspection company in 2015, Tom spent over 20 years restoring damaged properties as a contractor. He holds multiple industry certifications and licenses in the areas of Residential & Commercial Inspections, Radon Testing, Mold Testing, and Thermography. Tom currently serves as Vice President and Treasurer of the Midwest Association of Home Inspectors. Tom also assists as an expert in cases related to microbial damage, water & fire damage, and other types of property restoration. Tom is a licensed instructor with the MN Dept. of Commerce and enjoys educating both insurance and real estate professionals.
